Precautionary right to cancel
Beatzucker is currently free of charge. Because consumer-protection rules for digital services may, depending on the circumstances, also apply where personal data is provided, we grant consumers a right to cancel as a precaution, irrespective of the final legal classification.
You may cancel your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins when the usage agreement is concluded, normally upon registration. Sending an unequivocal statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of cancellation
No payment was requested, so there are no fees to reimburse. Upon receipt, the free usage relationship will end. If the statement clearly identifies the associated user account, deletion of that account will be initiated; data required by law or needed to defend specific claims will be restricted and retained only for that purpose.
Account deletion can also be initiated independently of cancellation at any time in account settings.
