Real-time vocal processing with a protected WAV export.

BEATZUCKER AUDIO LAB

Process vocals online with real-time preview

Combine high-pass filtering, dynamic de-essing, compression, presence, air and output gain. Five presets provide editable starting points and the same chain is used for export.

A vocal has harsh sibilance and uneven levels.

  1. Try this: Start with a gentle preset. Adjust de-essing and compression while listening and compare at similar loudness.
  2. How to interpret it: Too much de-essing can make the voice lisp. Export the vocal, add it to your mix, then check the full mix, not just the solo vocal.

How it works

  1. Load a vocal or a cappella
  2. Choose a preset and adjust during playback
  3. Render the processed 24-bit WAV

Frequently asked questions

Is the de-esser dynamic?

Yes. A high-frequency component is reduced according to its signal level and recombined with the remaining signal. At 0% the de-esser is fully bypassed; the filter boundary is not a hard frequency cut.

Do preview and export match?

Both use the same parameters and signal order. Optional export protection lowers overall gain to at most −1 dBFS sample peak when needed. This is not a true-peak guarantee.

Is this vocal mastering?

No. It is a focused processing chain and does not replace complete mix decisions.
